At Milan Luxe, every piece is prepared with intention and packaged to reflect the elegance you deserve.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended to ensure quality control and proper packaging.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method at checkout. Please note that transit times are determined by the carrier and are outside of Milan Luxe’s control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Milan Luxe is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Milan Luxe is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

Because Luxury Is Intentional

Due to the personal nature of jewelry and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:
• You received the incorrect item
• Your item arrived damaged

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at [your email address].

Please include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit at our discretion.

Milan Luxe reserves the right to deny claims submitted outside of the stated timeframe.
