1.    Where is my order? — Here are two (2) ways to check the tracking information available for your package:

    •    In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.

    •    Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.com,  and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.

2.    How do I return/exchange?

    •    We are currently NOT offering returns or exchanges. 

3.    What payment methods do you accept?

    •   Milan Luxe accepts: Paypal, American Express, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Quad Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, Klarna, JCB, and Elo. 

4.    How long is processing?

     • All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination.  Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic may take up to 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. Please make sure to include that customization takes up to 3-5 weeks. After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

5.    I’m missing items from my order, what do I do?

    •    Please contact us at milanluxe@yahoo.com to resolve the issue.

6.    Will my favorite item come back?

    •    Good news! We get new items daily and often restock our most popular items. Simply check our website!
